This lid is CNC-cut from 3/8″ clear polycarbonate to the outside size of the HelloReef 15 Gal AIO's glass, with a lip that sits inside the glass so it cannot slide and a mesh window in the middle for optimal gas exchange and light penetration. It works as a screen top and jump guard: fish and invertebrates stay in the tank while light and air pass through. The 15 Gal AIO is an all-in-one tank, so the lid covers the display area and stops at the filter chamber wall.
Add a feeding hole with a black or white cap, cutouts for hoses, wires and light mounts, a feeding cup or a removable evaporation cover in the configurator above. You approve a digital proof before anything is cut, and the lid ships free to the contiguous US, usually within a week. If it doesn't fit because of our error, we remake it at no charge.
The HelloReef 15 is built as a first reef, and the lid is usually the first thing an owner adds once the clown or goby finds the gap by the return. The lid covers the display and stops at the rear filter chamber, so the included media basket, pump and light mount are untouched, and the lip inside the glass keeps it from sliding.
The mesh window passes the HelloReef light; add the feeding hole where you feed and a cutout for the return nozzle or an ATO sensor if it crosses the glass.

- Will the lid fit under the HelloReef light?
- Yes. The lid sits inside the glass below the rim and the light mount clamps the back glass above it. If you have changed to a different light mount, add a cutout in the configurator.
- Is the HelloReef 15 Gal AIO lid one piece?
- Yes. The 15 Gal AIO lid is a single panel of 3/8-inch clear polycarbonate with a mesh window, so it lifts off in one piece.
- Does the lid come with a feeding hole?
- A capped feeding hole is an option in the configurator: choose a black or white cap and drag the hole to the corner you feed from. A feeding cup that holds food at the surface and a removable evaporation cover over the mesh are optional too.
- Will the lid work with my light?
- In most setups, yes. The lid sits inside the glass below the rim, where arm mounts and clip-on lights attach, and the mesh window passes the light. If a bracket, a hang-on filter or a cord crosses the glass, add a cutout for it in the configurator and it shows on your proof before we cut.
