JBJ Lids & Covers
Custom polycarbonate mesh lids for 5 JBJ models: Nano RL 10 (10 Gallon AIO), Nano RL 15 (15 Gallon AIO), Nano RL 20 (20 Gallon AIO), RF-45 (45 Gallon AIO) and 1 more. Each lid is CNC-cut to the model's outer glass size from 3/8″ clear, shatterproof polycarbonate, with a mesh window for optimal gas exchange and light penetration, and a lip that sits inside the glass so it cannot slide. Each one works as a screen top and jump guard: fish stay in the tank while light and air pass through. These are all-in-one tanks, so the lid covers the display area and stops at the filter chamber wall. One lid is longer than 33 in and is cut as two panels that butt together at a seam. Add a feeding hole with a black or white cap, cutouts for hoses and wires, a feeding cup or a removable evaporation cover in the configurator, approve a digital proof, and it ships free to the contiguous US within about a week. JBJ's rimless all-in-ones come in two families: the Nano RL 10, 15 and 20 for desktop reefs, and the larger Rimless Flat RF-45 and RF-65. All five have a rear filter chamber, so our lids cover the display glass and stop at the chamber wall, leaving the factory chamber covers, pump and light mount in place.
The Nano RL lids and the RF-45 are single panels; the RF-65 is two panels with a flat seam. Each is 3/8-inch clear polycarbonate with a mesh window that keeps gobies, wrasses and clowns in without blocking a slim LED. The Nano RL 10, 15 and 20 are on Nano November pricing while the sale runs.
JBJ Lid Prices & Specifications
Every lid is cut to its model's exact size from 3/8″ polycarbonate, a shatterproof plastic far tougher than glass or acrylic. Prices are for the lid alone; feeding holes, cutouts, cups and covers are added in the configurator.

JBJ Lid Questions
- Does the JBJ lid cover the rear filter chamber?
- No. The lid covers the display section and ends at the filter wall; the factory chamber covers stay on.
- Is the Nano RL 20 lid the same as the RF-45?
- No. They are different footprints with separate templates. Choose the model printed on your tank; if the label is gone, send us a photo and we will confirm which one it is.
- Will the lid fit with the JBJ light arm?
- Yes in most setups. The lid sits below the rim where the arm clamps. If your light bracket crosses the glass, add a cutout in the configurator.
