Ultum Nature Systems Lids & Covers
Custom polycarbonate mesh lids for 31 Ultum Nature Systems models: 120P Standard 78 Gallon, 120S Shallow 68 Gallon, 120U Standard 114 Gallon, 150U Standard 142.5 Gallon and 27 more. Each lid is CNC-cut to the model's outer glass size from 3/8″ clear, shatterproof polycarbonate, with a mesh window for optimal gas exchange and light penetration, and a lip that sits inside the glass so it cannot slide. Each one works as a screen top and jump guard: fish stay in the tank while light and air pass through. 7 of these are all-in-one tanks, so the lid covers the display area and stops at the filter chamber wall. 8 lids are longer than 33 in and are cut as two panels that butt together at a seam. Add a feeding hole with a black or white cap, cutouts for hoses and wires, a feeding cup or a removable evaporation cover in the configurator, approve a digital proof, and it ships free to the contiguous US within about a week. Ultum Nature Systems names its rimless tanks by centimeter length and shape — 3N and 5N Nano, 25C / 30C / 50C Cube, 25S through 120S Shallow, 3T / 5T / 25T Tall, 45L / 90L / 90B Long, 45U / 60U / 120U / 150U Standard, and the 90P / 120P pro-depth tanks — plus the 30A, 35A, 40A, 45A, 60A and 90LA dual-filter all-in-ones with a black or white filter wall. We have a template for each one in the list below, so you choose by model instead of measuring.
UNS glass is thin, low-iron and rimless with mitered or polished edges, which is exactly what a mesh lid is for: it sits inside the glass on a lip, adds no frame to the look, and stops jumpers while letting the full light spread from a slim fixture reach the scape. On the dual AIO tanks the lid covers the display and stops at the filter wall. The 90L, 90B, 90P, 120-series and 150U are cut as two or three panels.

Every lid is cut to its model's exact size from 3/8″ polycarbonate, a shatterproof plastic far tougher than glass or acrylic. Prices are for the lid alone; feeding holes, cutouts, cups and covers are added in the configurator.

Ultum Nature Systems Lid Questions
- What does the letter in a UNS model number mean?
- N is Nano, C is Cube, S is Shallow, T is Tall, L is Long, U is Standard and P is the deeper pro series. A is the dual all-in-one range with a built-in filter wall. The number is the tank length in centimeters, so a 60U is a 60 cm standard tank.
- Do you have a lid for the UNS 60U?
- Yes — the 60U Standard 20 gallon is a single-panel lid. The 60S Shallow and 60A dual AIO are separate templates because their footprints differ.
- Will a mesh lid cut light from my UNS tank's slim LED?
- The mesh window is sized to the inside of the glass and passes the bulk of the light; the polycarbonate frame is clear. Planted and reef tanks under a Twinstar, Chihiros, AI Prime or Kessil keep their spread. If you want no mesh over a specific area, add a cutout in the configurator.
- Does the lid fit the black-wall and white-wall dual AIO tanks the same way?
- Yes. The black and white filter-wall versions share dimensions; they are listed separately so the product photo and proof match your tank.
- Can you make a lid for a UNS tank that is not listed?
- Yes. Use the custom builder with the outside glass length and width, or send a lid request with the model name and we will add it.
