This lid is CNC-cut from 3/8″ clear polycarbonate to the outside size of the Innovative Marine Fusion 20 AIO's glass, with a lip that sits inside the glass so it cannot slide and a mesh window in the middle for optimal gas exchange and light penetration. It works as a screen top and jump guard: fish and invertebrates stay in the tank while light and air pass through. The Fusion 20 AIO is an all-in-one tank, so the lid covers the display area and stops at the filter chamber wall.
Add a feeding hole with a black or white cap, cutouts for hoses, wires and light mounts, a feeding cup or a removable evaporation cover in the configurator above. You approve a digital proof before anything is cut, and the lid ships free to the contiguous US, usually within a week. If it doesn't fit because of our error, we remake it at no charge.
The Nuvo Fusion 20 is the classic IM nano reef and the lid is cut to its display section, ending at the rear filter chamber so IM's chamber lids, skimmer, media basket and return stay in place. The lip sits inside the glass and the mesh window passes the light from an AI Prime, Kessil or Hydra mounted on the back.
The Fusion 20, 20 Long and 20 Peninsula are three different footprints, so make sure you have the standard Fusion 20 before ordering; the others are listed separately.

- Is the Fusion 20 lid different from the Fusion 20 Long?
- Yes. The 20 Long is wider and shallower front to back, so it has its own template. Order the model printed on your tank.
- How does this compare with the stock IM mesh screen?
- The factory screen is a thin frame that sits on the rim. This lid is 3/8-inch polycarbonate with a lip inside the glass, so it does not sag or slide, and the feeding hole and cutouts are placed where you want them.
- Is the Innovative Marine Fusion 20 AIO lid one piece?
- Yes. The Fusion 20 AIO lid is a single panel of 3/8-inch clear polycarbonate with a mesh window, so it lifts off in one piece.
- Does the lid come with a feeding hole?
- A capped feeding hole is an option in the configurator: choose a black or white cap and drag the hole to the corner you feed from. A feeding cup that holds food at the surface and a removable evaporation cover over the mesh are optional too.
- Will the lid work with my light?
- In most setups, yes. The lid sits inside the glass below the rim, where arm mounts and clip-on lights attach, and the mesh window passes the light. If a bracket, a hang-on filter or a cord crosses the glass, add a cutout for it in the configurator and it shows on your proof before we cut.
