This lid is CNC-cut from 3/8″ clear polycarbonate to the outside size of the Fluval EVO 5 (5 Gallon Saltwater)'s glass, with a lip that sits inside the glass so it cannot slide and a mesh window in the middle for optimal gas exchange and light penetration. It works as a screen top and jump guard: fish and invertebrates stay in the tank while light and air pass through. The EVO 5 (5 Gallon Saltwater) is an all-in-one tank, so the lid covers the display area and stops at the filter chamber wall.
Add a feeding hole with a black or white cap, cutouts for hoses, wires and light mounts, a feeding cup or a removable evaporation cover in the configurator above. You approve a digital proof before anything is cut, and the lid ships free to the contiguous US, usually within a week. If it doesn't fit because of our error, we remake it at no charge.
The Evo 5 is a pico reef with a filter compartment at one end, and on a tank this small a jumper has nowhere else to go. The lid is cut to the display section and ends at the filter wall, so the stock chamber cover and pump are untouched, and it sits on a lip inside the glass so it cannot slide off.
